Welcome to Chelidon Seafront Residence, an elegant 100 m² seafront mansion where the timeless architectural character of Spetses meets contemporary comfort, set in the picturesque Old Harbour of the island.

Accommodation & Facilities

The property accommodates up to 4 guests and has two bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a double bed, is an open-plan space with a bright sitting area , creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The second bedroom has two single beds and its entrance is next to the fully equipped kitchen, with a separate door , offering a more private sleeping area. The living room also has two sofas that can accommodate a further two guests, on request.

The property is situated on the first floor and is accessed exclusively via an external staircase, as there is no lift.

The Chelidon Spetses Residence offers all modern amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please note that access to the accommodation is via stairs only and there is no lift , whilst the tap water is not drinkable .

The Location

Residence is situated on Laskarina Beach, in Baltiza, the picturesque Old Harbour of Spetses. Its unique seaside location allows guests to explore the area on foot and enjoy the island’s distinctive atmosphere without needing a car.

Dapia, the island’s main port of arrival, is about a 20-minute walk from the accommodation. Within walking distance, you’ll find traditional tavernas, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, shops and water taxis, offering easy access to the island’s beautiful beaches. Agios Mamas beach, the Bouboulinas Museum and the iconic Poseidoni Square are also within walking distance.
